An accession fee is charged based on the total bill, as follows:
$5.00 for fees up to $19.99
$12.00 for fees $20.00 to $39.99
$18.00 for fees over $40.00
No accession fee is levied for regulatory testing or as noted in the test details.
Out of State fee
A 30% surcharge is applied for out-of-state submissions with the exception of contracts, or as specified. For autopsy (necropsy)
submissions, ancillary tests are charged a la carte in addition to the autopsy fee. Please contact the laboratory for additional
information.
